Art Journal Class - Art Is A Magical Adventure
The best way to spend a winter Saturday is inside creating. Truly an adventure in your art journal! We will create 4 double spreads plus 1 single page this day. No matter your level of mixed media, or no experience at all, you are welcome to join in this all day class.
Bring:
Art journal - any size you have and we will adapt the project to fit.
A stencil simular to Create Happiness Book
Non-stick craft mat
Adhesives: 3D foam, liquid adhesive
Gel Pens white & black
Black marker (prefer permanent)
pallet knife
Distress Ink Pads in a variety of colours. Colours used in this project were:
Ground Espresso, Peacock Feathers, Pumice Stone, Broken China, Tumbled Glass, Vintage Photo,
Rustic Wilderness, Iced Spruce, Spun Sugar, Hickory Smoke, Black Soot
Ink Applicator Tool
Rub-on tool (or Popsicle stick, or paper creaser, or something similar)
Paper towel, baby wipes
Heat tool if you have one.
Spray bottle with water
Splatter brush (or paint brush)
Bring a brown bag lunch. Fridge is available, but no microwave.
