Join creativity coach and intuitive artist, Denise from A Muse Inc. for this art-making afternoon.  This is a playful opportunity to experience and explore your natural heart-wisdom in an atmosphere of acceptance and openness.

Working with a buffet of multimedia materials to create two 5 x 10 pieces.  Bring your curiosity and playful self as well as 2 questions or situations in which you would like some insight.  It can be as simple as “What would be the best for me to know right now?” When a creative experience includes meditation, you know this is not going to be ordinary.  No artistic experience or skill needed.

Through the art making process, using layers of paint and other materials, it is possible to gain access to intuitive information that is often not accessed when operating in the regular day-to-day.  When we immerse ourselves in the image making, trusting the process and following our nudges and curiosity we bypass our more rational thinking to access our more wholistic inner knowing.  Once the art-making is complete, we process what it means for us.  Denise offers guidance for interpreting the images you create for yourself.  Denise is skilled in creating a relaxing space where respect and trust are nurtured.
