Scrapbucks

When shopping at Scrap & Bean, you receive one '$ Scrapbuck' with every $10 of scrapbook related merchandise purchased at Scrap & Bean prior to taxes and excluding sale items. Scrapbucks can be redeemed at any time at Scrap & Bean for any scrapbook merchandise. Scrapbucks cannot be redeemed on any sale merchandise. Scrapbucks are not distributed on same purchase when scrapbucks are redeemed.

Private Crops & Classes & Birthdays

Scrap & Bean offers private crops, classes, and birthdays to those interested. Scrap & Bean likes to work with each individual to determine their wants and desires. Specifically for classes and birthdays, a budget is created, then options are provided to work within that budget. Please call to work out details and create a memorable event. Bookings should occur at least three weeks prior to actual event.

If you would like to organize a private crop for you and your party, please call to schedule at least three weeks prior. A minimum of 10 individuals is required to book a private crop. Costs vary depending on what is desired at crop.

Monthly Kits

Monthly kits are prepared once per month and once they are gone - they are gone. You can guarantee your kit by leaving your name with us, where we will call you when they are ready (the first full week of every month). You are required to pick up your kit 3 weeks after the first phone call, unless prior arrangements have been made, the ki will be placed on the shelf for retail sale and one will not be held for you. Two months in a row in which this occur, Scrap & Bean will no longer be obligated to call you when the kit is ready. If you have purchased every month during the calendar year a discount is provided on your last kit as well on an album in December.

If you do not want to purchase every month, drop by the store to purchase a kit, but keep in mind, they do go fast!

No Membership Workspace

Scrap & Bean does not believe in exclusivity. Scrap & Bean does not offer memberships at the store, everyone is equal when it comes to working in our back room. Therefore, with a minimum $10.00 purchse you can scrapbook, make cards or paper craft with no time limit during our regular hours, barring any classes or crops taking place.

You have access to use the tools at the back, including the Cuttlebug, Cricut and Cricut Expressions, as well, other various tools. Keep in mind, a mat is required for the Cricut and Cricut Expressions, however, that minimal mat purchase can go toward your minimum purchase required. Not sure what these machines are? Consultation Service

Not sure how to get started and cannot make it to a class? To receive uninterupted attention, call and make an appointment for our consult. Your consult can occur with either, Pat or Camille and will take approximately 2 1/2 hours. This consult will discuss the fundamentals of scrapbooking and familiarize yourself with various products and how to use them. You will also be on your way to creating layouts. The consult is $50.00 and this fee goes directly to the purchase of product in store the day of the consult (full payment must be paid day of consult, no rainchecks/refunds can be provided).

Refund/Cancellation/Cropping Area Policy

No returns will be honoured on any opened merchandes, books, writing materials, tools and organizational product. All paper is final sale. All sales are final. Exchanges or credits within 14 days with original receipt.

Refunds will not be given for cancellations of classes or crops within 48 hours. For classes, a class kit will be prepared and distributed with instrucions. Unofrtunately, no exceptions will be honoured.

Children under the age of 10 years are not not permitted at crops or classes.
